At Aipalbot, accessible from either or all of our websites aipalbot.net, aipalbot.com, aipalbot.ai and aipalbot.org, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected by Aipalbot and how we use it.

Log Files

Aipalbot follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

Cookies and Web Beacons

Like any other website, aipalbot uses 'cookies'. These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users' experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors' browser type and/or other information.

Data Content

Data content via chat is in two forms, the data captured during chatting by keyboard entry and data capture by speaking or voicing. The data collected by chatting are stored in each user data and log for recovery and analytic purposes. Each user has the option to enable speech recognition by telling robot "start listening" or "listen" or "hear", at that point the robot will be able to capture user's voice and translate it to text continuously until when robot waits for about 3-4secs if no voice recognition the robot will turn off its listening ability until user requests. User has the option to ask robot to stop listening even before the 3-4secs silence period. In any case based on phone ability if the 3-4secs period of self-turn-off is not activated, user can tell the robot to stop listening. Before any listening, there's permission to ask user to grant audio record. Aipalbot does not store the voice in our server or locally, the translated text is visible to user and also sent to our system to receive response from robot. We do not provide any of this data to any third party or advertisement company. If the voice is based on teaching the robot something, the translated text could be found under unpublished tab, but the user needs to clean the cached data on local phone to make it visible if not, the voice training text is cached and also stored in our server, this is for robot to understand what to respond to after the training.

Data content via training your robot or microbot tab, we capture data as text and/or image. We do not allow camera to capture image from our app, any user is expected to first use any app on their phone to capture the image and use "Attach Image" in our app to select image from gallery, this means the user still have a copy of the image locally in their phone. The data captured in this tab is private to the user, which means we try as much as we can to ensure that this data could only be used by the user. The data appears under another tab called "unpublished data".

Unpublished data tab represents all trained data that are still local and not added to general robot in the public. Our users are expected to give their robots names like anexrobot. This name will represent their published data to the public. For user to get their data to the public, they need to select the data to be made public, give it a common description which we call "data description" and published. Once this data is public, user will not be able to delete or remove the published content except by using subscription paid plan or send email to info@aipalbot.com.

Extended Data Contents:
Aipalbot offers to users how to train or teach their robots with their voice. The robots can use their trained voice to respond to whoever that chats or talks with it.
This feature is available in second tab "Train your robot", we ensure that the recording of voice training is only when the user grants the permission to do so.
This recorded message if published by the user, then the robot of the user will be able to speak with the recorded voice.
In any case you want your voice to be removed completed from our system whether you mistakenly published your trained voice, please contact us info@aipalbot.com

Privacy Policies

Third-party ad servers or ad networks uses technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons that are used in their respective advertisements and links that appear on aipalbot, which are sent directly to users' browser. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs. These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and/or to personalize the advertising content that you see on websites that you visit.

All contents provided to our users by APIs of third-party providers will have the logo or picture similar to each service, you are responsible for choosing and using the information provided by these.

Aipalbot will not be responsible for any information from the third-party APIs (Application Programming Interface) which provides data without direct control from us. In any case you feel or thing the information is misleading, please contact us info@aipalbot.com and reference the robot or message.

Note that aipalbot has no access to or control over these cookies that are used by third-party advertisers.

Aipalbot's Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. Aipalbot will take reasonable measures to protect user's personal information (in this case, we only require email from user at login/signup/register), without disclosing such information to any third party other than its Partners (without the consent of the user), unless such disclosure is (i) required by law, court order or competent government departments or (ii) agreed to by the user.

Aipalbot may collect your personal information when you voluntarily opt to use our web only services or provide us with your personal information. We may use your personal information to communicate with you, and may send certain mandatory service communications to you, such as notification, information on technical service issues, and security announcements.

In addition, your download, installation and use of products/service from Aipalbot and its affiliates, shall be deemed that you have expressly provided your consent to Aipalbot for disclosure of personal information to DU Group's partners and/or affiliates "Partners").

Children's Information

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

Aipalbot does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
